RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

Return of goods

We want you to be happy with every product you purchase from Honeste.co.uk. If you aren’t happy with your purchase, we want to work with you to make it right.

The following provides the details our refund policy.

Standard Products

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulation applicable from 2014, you are entitled to notify us of your intent to return unused and unopened products within 14 days of receipt. The goods must be returned within 28 days from receipt.

Should you want a refund please contact us at info@Honeste.co.uk stating the order number, which product you want to return, your personal details and the reason you would like to return the item.

Whether you no longer want the item(s) (and it is in its original untampered packaging and can be resold) or it has been damaged in transit we will provide you with details on how to return the purchased item to us. On receipt of the returned goods in a saleable condition, we will process a refund for the full purchase price of the item(s) to the original method of payment within 3 to 5 working days.

Customers are responsible for return costs. To be eligible for a refund all parts, pieces, barcode labels and tags must be returned in their original unopened packaging.

We strongly recommend that returns are sent by Recorded Delivery or some other means of tracked delivery.

The cost of postage of returning the product to us will not be refunded. Please mark your order number clearly on the back of the package that you send back to us.

 

 

Exchanges

If you return an item due to a mistake or change of mind and want to exchange it for another item to the same value you are welcome to (Not available for personalised, customised and made to order goods).

You will be charged postage fees for the exchange which will be confirmed as part of the exchange process.

If the exchange is for an item of greater value, you will be charged the balance due for payment and postage costs.

To a lesser value where the difference can either be refunded or used towards another product. You will be charged and postage costs.

Please note that if you are not careful with the condition of the product that is being returned a refund could be declined by Honeste.

 

Personalised, Customised or Made to Order Products

Personalised, customised and made to order goods are exempt from the right to return.

This means products made to your requirements are non-refundable. This includes:

  • Anything that’s made to your specific requirements, is Personalised or otherwise can't be resold due to a bespoke element

  • Perishable products (for example food or flowers)

  • Creative pieces that are specially commissioned when you place an order such as art

  • Personal items sold with a hygiene seal (for example earrings or cosmetic products) where the seal is broken

 

Please ensure you have entered the correct details and spelling for any personalised or customised goods before ordering. For any help while ordering, please contact us at info@honeste.co.uk and we will be more than happy to help.

 

Faulty or damaged goods

We always package our products well to minimise any chance of damage. We hope that every purchase will reach you in a perfect condition but in the rare case it doesn't, please get in touch with us. In the event that a product was delivered damaged or faulty, we will exchange them or refund your payment. Please contact us as soon as possible to report receipt of faulty goods at info@honeste.co.uk.

 

It is necessary to include as much information as you can about the issue and if possible, provide pictures that show any damage to the product and where relevant, the external packaging. Please do not destroy or throw away any product or packaging even if it’s faulty before you’ve spoken to us and agreed that doing so won't affect any refund you may be entitled to.
